RPE has an in-house machine shop so we can keep your rebuild costs low.  RPE uses up to date equipment yet aren’t just machine operators.  Our machinist programs his own computer controls and sets up the tooling.  

• Custom shaft turning up to 16 feet long and 28” diameter
• Cincinnati CNC (computerized numerical control) lathe to reproduce parts
• Horizontal boring machine with 39” x 43” table size
• Fadal Vertical Machining Center with 40” x 20” travel area
• GibbsCam computerized engineering software
